Your feedback is what helps us develop Mizan and increase its accuracy and quality.

Tips for a clearer message
- When reporting an error in a calculator: mention the name of the tool, the inputs you used, the result that appeared, and the expected result with its source if possible.
- When reporting an issue in the mobile app: mention your device type (Android or iOS), the selected display language, and the screen where the problem appeared.
- When correcting religious content or a translation: include the surah and verse number, or the dhikr section, and the evidence or fiqh reference you are relying on.
- For prayer times: mention your city, the selected calculation method and the local timetable you are comparing with.
Response time
We aim to reply to all messages within three to five working days. Reports that require religious review or a software update may take longer, and we will let you know when the error is corrected, in sha' Allah.
